Excellent staff! They were extremely helpful walking me through the car buying process. This was my first time going to a dealership and the whole time they were very transparent and respectful! Make sure to ask if Ben is available if you go, he does a great job helping you pick out the right vehicle!
Eric Underwood was professional and friendly. He made sure that we had no recalls and only had to have certain things completed for the mileage of the vehicle.

I bought my 2021 Mirage at Luther Mitsubishi. The car buying experience went so smoothly, that I have always come back to the dealer for serivce. I always have a great experience with the service center at Luther Mitsubishi. Everyone is friendly and professional, and the waiting area is well appointed with comfortable seating, snacks, drinks, and WiFi. The service usually takes less time than estimated, so I don't wait long to get back on the road.

Great Service Department staff! I am keeping my child’s 2012 Mazda maintained, and even though it’s an “old” car, the staff give you VIP service. I got set up with a rental, and received updates by text when my inspection and estimates were completed. Being able to respond by text is a huge plus, as I’m busy at work and cannot take a phone call during much of my day. I was also able to pay in advance of picking up my vehicle, saving me more time. Thanks for making us old car people feel special, too!

I always receive great service, quick response to questions, and a shiny car to drive home. The staff are friendly, informed, and most important, good listeners. The service is done right and, if there are surprises, they are delivered with good explanations and require my consent before work is done.
I won't be back! Made an appointment online for oil change and rotate and balance my tires. Sadly, instead of helping me, all the service department was interested in was trying to sell me 4 new tires. That's not in my budget. They wouldn't even rotate my tires for me. Kind of rude, its what I asked for. This is the 2nd bad experience I have had with this service department. I won't be back!

They insisted that they were unable to clear an error in my car and wanted to charge me thousands of dollars in repairs. I took it to another mechanic and they reset it for free. Problems gone. Extremely disappointed.

Two major issues: 1 parts took weeks to get. 2 pricing out of sight too high
Disappointing that one tire was damaged by the mechanic switching out my summer tires. In addition, why do they tell you to make a time for your appointment when it takes so much longer to put on the winter tires? Grateful they let me know one tire had a bulge & was too dangerous to keep, however, I now have 2 tires to replace for next Spring. Thankfully they'll reimburse me for the one damaged in the shop. The person who helped me was Christian, he exceeded my expectations. He made sure I knew the number of tires, and let me know of upcoming events to get the most for my money. On the day of service, he put me into a loaner vehicle another big blessing that day. I appreciate his honesty and knowledge, I felt trust and security working with him.

They overcharged and did not end up fixing the heat shields but still charged me for it. They are still rattling.

The staff was friendly, but not competent. They had me make an appointment to install the car starter. I went to appointment, and waited two and a half hours. I was told they can't do it, and they need to send it off.
The people that I have dealt with are gone and new the ones have some work to do or learn. I have always been pleased with my service but not so much the last 2 times I was there.

Would Never buy from Mitsubishi Brookdale ever again. From the person that sold us the Outlander (lies and price kept changing) to the finance guy, to the lady that was to show us the features of the SUV to having to take it back because of the computer issues that they couldn't duplicate but it happened about 30 mins after I left the dealership. To the broken door, that was on back order and just came in. To picking up the auto and having scratches on both sides of the SUV. James in the service department is trying to help.

I was in because my brakes were squeaky on my 2022 Outlander after having tires rotated 1/2 weeks previously. Also, I asked that the notification for oil change be turned off because I had that done at the same time as the tire rotation, but it was not done. I immediately returned and the service manager tried to turn it off, but it did not take.
James knowledge on the vehicles and patience with my questions was top notch. Great experience
